Burritos sometimes get a bad wrap and are deemed as unhealthy, but they are a really convenient and filling meal and can actually help you towards your goals if you know what's going into them.
In this video I get four different burritos from around Edinburgh, deconstruct them and estimate the total calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat from each of them and compare the differences.
This is mainly a bit of fun. The nutritional information is an estimate having weighed the ingredients out after construction which will of course be error prone, but it can get us pretty close to what they actually are.
I also offer a couple of suggestions for changes / tweaks to make depending on your goals.
